Cancel Policy
Please contact us immediately at revoray@revoray.com if you wish to cancel your order. Be sure to include your order number and clearly state that you would like to cancel.
We can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, you may contact us once you receive the item to initiate a return.
Changing an Order
If you notice an error in your shipping address or need to make other changes, please contact us immediately after receiving your order confirmation at revoray@revoray.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any further changes.
Returns & Exchanges
We're sorry to hear you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
How to Return:

Contact our Customer Service at revoray@revoray.com, indicating the item(s) you wish to return and the reason, or visit https://revoray.com/pages/returns-exchanges to complete the online return request form.

After receiving return instructions from us, please package the item(s) securely with the original packaging.

Ship the item back to the address provided in our return instructions. We have return warehouses in Hong Kong and the United States, and your specific return address will be determined based on your country or the warehouse from which your order was shipped.
(Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.)
Return Conditions

You have 30 days from the delivery date to decide if an item is right for you.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. If there are signs of use, a $6 fee may be deducted from your refund.
Return Charges

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product), we will provide a full refund, including the return shipping fee.
(Note: You may need to pay the shipping fee up front, but we will refund it once the issue is confirmed.) -
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), you are responsible for:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to officially post.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
