Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your gift recipients to be happy with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with an Revoray product, Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in its ORIGINAL (with original packaging, unused, untested, original tags, and resalable) condition. Items must be returned to us the same way we sent them to you – in the same condition and with all original contents. If we receive returned items in a condition that doesn't meet our return requirements, we will decline the return. Should you submit a non-compliant return, you authorize us to charge you for the full amount of the non-compliant return using your original payment method and/or to reverse any refunds previously issued. Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your items. Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received.

Follow these steps to submit a return:

1.Visit https://revoray.com/pages/returns-exchanges and complete our online return request form.
2.Return to the designated address according to customer service requirements, and pay the express delivery fee yourself
3.Once we have received and inspected the product, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund has been processed.
